This encompassed a comprehensive strategy, ranging from cloud migration to UX/UI enhancements, to create the ultimate digital platform for global fans.

The Harlem Globetrotters faced intricate challenges necessitating a comprehensive digital overhaul. Their existing online ticket-purchasing platform had become antiquated and unwieldy, resulting in a frustrating user experience.
